Lecture Announcement: Igor Kotaran (METRO) – “The Path to Leadership in the HORECA Market”

We are announcing a guest lecture by Igor Kotaran, Director of Marketing and Customer Strategy Development at METRO Croatia, on the topic “The Path to Leadership in the HORECA Market”. The lecture will be held as part of the Business Marketing course (under the guidance of Prof. Sanja Varlaj), on Monday, December 8th at 5:00 PM. We also invite students from other years of study and programs, because Metro, as a very large company and employer, can be interesting to many.
About the lecturer: Igor Kotaran is the Director of Marketing and Customer Strategy Development at METRO Croatia. Since 2014, he has held the position of Marketing Director and is one of the key managers in the process of transforming METRO into a full partner of the HoReCa sector in Croatia. He began his career at METRO Croatia in 2002, and over the course of more than twenty years, Igor has held almost all management positions related to customer relations, sales, and marketing. About Metro: METRO started its operations in Croatia in 2001 with the opening of its first wholesale center in Zagreb, and today operates with a total of ten centers across the country: in Zagreb, Rijeka, Split, Zadar, Osijek, Pula, Varaždin, Poreč and Dubrovnik.
